Petition sent to Supreme Court to Overturn Obergefell

After receiving multiple community requests, The Wild Hunt investigated a new Supreme Court petition. Kim Davis, the former Kentucky clerk jailed in 2015 for refusing same-sex marriage licenses, is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn Obergefell, a move that also reignites national religious liberty debates which many Pagan traditions see as a private and settled matter.
