Columna: El Muchacho que Retó a Satanás

By Alan U. Dalul | October 22, 2022

Dos más dos es cuatro. Si yo no creía en Satanás, entonces Satanás no era real, y si llegaba a creer, entonces yo todavía ponía las reglas. Yo era Dios.

Column: The Boy Who Challenged the Devil

By Alan U. Dalul | October 21, 2022

Two plus two is four. If I didn’t believe in Satan, then Satan wasn’t real, and if I believed, then I still made the rules. I was like a god.

Opinión: Sanando con la Bandera de Venezuela

By Alan U. Dalul | September 17, 2022

“Mirando de nuevo a ese chico que sentía que nunca encajaría en Venezuela, el joven que corría peligro y resentía a toda Venezuela, llegué a pensar en un ejercicio de sanación: sanar con la bandera de ese mismo país.”

Opinion: Healing with the Venezuelan Flag

By Alan U. Dalul | September 17, 2022

“Looking back at that boy who didn’t feel he could ever fit in Venezuela, the young man who was in danger and resented all of Venezuela, I came to think about a healing exercise: healing with the flag of that same country.”

Deck: The Druid Craft Tarot Deck, by Philip and Stephanie Carr-Gromm, illustrated by Will Worthington, published by Eddison Books Ltd.

Card: Six (6) of Swords

The next seven days hold the promise of ongoing conflicts being either placed on hold for the moment or having moved past them entirely. There is an underlying energy that may offer comfort, peace, and possible renewal of spirit. Additionally, an emphasis on the use of magical practices that utilize meditation and ritual has the potential to promote healing and aid in shifting one’s perception.

In contrast, attempts to address or resolve an unpleasant existing issue or situation are likely to be painful, particularly if any of the involved parties refuse to even entertain the idea of viewing things from a different perspective. Keeping the peace could prove rather difficult this week.
