Ardantane is offering their Springtime seminars online in “bite-sized” morsels. The seminars will begin on April 3, 2020, at 6-8 PM PDT, 7-9 PM MDT, 8-10 CDT, 9-11 EDT using the Zoom platform. The seminars are open to everyone. They are free for Ardantane members. They are offering a reduced price for non-members at $10 per session for nonmembers with the code SPRINGBUNNY (usually $25 per session). More information is available on the Ardantane site.
The 2020 Australian Wiccan Conference was due to be held in September in the Snowy Mountains this year. After reviewing the developing situation with the COVID-19 pandemic, the decision has been made by the conveners and the committee to put the conference in hiatus for this year and to resume with our plans in 2021. Although we have cancelled for this year, we anticipate holding the AWC next year in the Snowy/Monaro region, organised by the same team.
This decision has not been made lightly. It will be a break in a tradition going back three and a half decades which has seen many developments in the Australian and international craft scene come and go over the years, but we have regretfully concluded that the current public health crisis demands a response equal to the seriousness of the situation. The AWC is attended by many senior people and many who have medical conditions rendering them vulnerable to the worst effects of COVID-19. Although the conference was not scheduled until September, it was felt that we did not yet have enough information to discern whether the threat would abate by then. It is possible that the pandemic will be over by that time, but it is just as possible that it won’t be, or that a second wave might be underway. Given that we needed to commit considerable resources shortly to secure the venue with no guarantee that circumstances would allow us to hold the event, we felt that the wisest course was to cancel this year and resume our plans next year.
We offer our apologies to the Australian craft community and others interested in attending the AWC that it has turned out this way. It was not a decision any of us were happy to make, and we are keen to use the extra time to organise the best AWC we can for 2021. We feel we made the only decision we could make in good conscience at this point. Please stay safe and follow the advice of medical professionals to get through this difficult time as best we can.

Though confusion and uncertainty confront all of us daily right now, Cherry Hill Seminary cares about your and your family’s health and well-being. Like you, we are unsure what the near future holds, but since we are already completely online, Seminary classes will continue. I would encourage all of us to avoid panic, and show a greater-than-usual degree of kindness and patience with others.
Students, if you are anxious and need a bit of pastoral support, remember that there is a “Chaplains Office” in Moodle, where you can reach out to one of our in-house chaplains. CMC students who face required site visits or interviews with “practice” clients, you may skip those assignments for now until restrictions in your community are lifted. Just be sure to notify your faculty-mentor of your plans.
We hope that all of you will celebrate Hypatia Day on Sunday, wherever you are. Thank you for being part of her legacy here at Cherry Hill Seminary.
Welcome Spring Festival Changes
Circle Sanctuary has joined global efforts to slow the spread of the Coronavirus, COVID-19 by not holding large gatherings this month. Our Welcome Spring Festival on Saturday, March 21, 2020 will NOT be held at our headquarters in Wisconsin as previously planned. Instead, we will be holding a restructured online form of Welcome Spring during the day of March 21 via Facebook live through Circle Sanctuary’s main Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/CircleSanctuaryCommunity/
Circle Sanctuary’s administrative team is keeping up to date on COVID-19 through science reports from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO). We will make decisions regarding our 2020 events in April and beyond in coming weeks and will announce any changes in these via our website: www.circlesanctuary.org; our email bulletin, Circle Times; and social media.
Circle Sanctuary is offering a variety of online resources to the Pagan community during this challenging time. For the first time ever, Circle will be hosting an online sabbat celebration, Welcome Spring. Originally scheduled to be held onsite, the spring festival will now take place on our main Circle Sanctuary Facebook page via Facebook Live. The celebration, which includes online workshops and rituals, is free and open to the public. The community is welcome to like and follow the Facebook page to join in the celebration of the coming Springtime. All events will take place on Saturday, March 21, between the hours of 9 am and 5:30 pm central time. ConVocation (Town Hall Meeting)
MEC has decided that in the interest of keeping our community and selves healthy during the current health crisis our events scheduled for April – the Town Hall meeting April 4th and the ConVocation final staff meeting as well as the Transition Meeting and Ritual on April 5th – will be cancelled for those dates and rescheduled. Please keep an eye out on both our Facebook pages and our website as we move forward with rescheduling these events and look into possible options for moving them to a virtual platform.
Greetings all – after many talks with our Committee and English Ale Team this weekend we have decided to cancel this year’s event due to the current situation with the COVID-19 pandemic.
Although the ale is still nine weeks away we felt there are too many unknowns to be able to go ahead with the event and we want to keep our community safe and healthy.
We will be issuing refunds to those of you who have pre-paid your concert tickets later this week.

Cancellation of the following PAN Pagan Festivals Events in Sydney, NSW
- Samhain 2020: The Apple and the Pomegranate Gathering
- Yule 2020: A Winter’s Tale – The Piper and the Stag Gathering
The organizing committee has sadly had to take the decision to cancel the Samhain and Yule gatherings for 2020 due to health and safety issues surrounding the COVID-19 Pandemic. The health of attendees, and the community-at-large, continues to be our primary concern.
A full refund will be available for all ticket payments made. Organizers will contact ticket holders to arrange any refunds not transferable via PayPal.
As well as being mindful of health guidelines, we are also making the decision to cancel the events as early as possible in order to minimize the financial costs for attendees who were making travel plans. Early cancellation will also minimize the outlay that will be incurred by the organizers. We want to be able to continue presenting community Gatherings that are not-for-profit.
Both of these Gatherings will return in 2021 and work will continue behind the scenes on the rituals and workshops for next year. We encourage those of you who have been learning chants and music to keep doing so. We may also publish some instructional videos for the dances as choreography for each is locked off.
At the time of writing, the Beltane Gathering is still scheduled to go ahead in October. Announcements regarding this event will be made later in the year as the public health situation is monitored closely.
Thank you to all of the organizers and volunteers who have worked so hard behind the scenes in the lead up to the events. Your time, knowledge and craft is greatly appreciated and will not go to waste. We are also so thankful for the encouragement and enthusiasm of members of the PAN Pagan Festivals Facebook Group, PAN Inc, Applegrove and Circle of the Hearth. It is a privilege to make magic with you, and we will do so again.

Otherworlds
We have been monitoring the developments with the coronavirus situation very carefully. We understand that there is a potential for health concerns in group gatherings, out of an abundance of caution and concern for the health and well-being of our community we have decided to make the following changes to the event. We are moving to an online conference platform.
We are coordinating with presenters at the moment to come up with a new schedule for our online format. The organizers feel this format will ensure we can all remain safe while also still sharing the knowledge and experience of our presenters in an interactive and meaningful way.
It’s our belief as organizers for events in the community that we must be both responsive and responsible in situations like these.
We will be giving folks a partial refund. This close to the event date we do have significant losses related to the venue that will not be refunded to us. We feel doing a video conference is the best way to not make this a catastrophic loss, especially as a first-year festival, and still give everyone a meaningful spiritual experience.
How the Otherworlds Virtual Conference will work:
Dates: Sat April 18th- Sun 19th
Sat April 25th- Sun 26thClasses will run between 10 am and 9 pm each day. You will receive an email with a link to access the conference. You can use the link as many times in a day as you like and pop in just for the classes you want to attend or spend the whole day with us. There is an all day schedule with classes, half hour breaks between classes and longer meal breaks. There will be an opening blessing and prayer and a closing one each day by the organizers. For those who can’t make the live version all classes will be recorded and you will be sent a link to access the recordings. We will also have a mini musical performance as part of the online version of the event.
The advantage to this is you will access to ALL of the classes. At the live event you would have had to choose which class you would have wanted to attend in that time slot. You will still have an interactive experience with presenters, and a live Q&A sessions with them after each class.
Our Platform:
Our Zoom platform also features a build in live text chat where you can interact with other attendees and ask presenters questions. Our platform works from mobile devices and computers. If you can’t be by your computer you can always access the conference on the go, or listen in as you go through your day.
Refunds:
Everyone who purchased a general admission ticket (single, couples or groups) will receive a 50% refund on the ticket amount. They will receive full access to all four days of the virtual Otherworlds conference and all recordings.

We know this is a big change of direction but we feel it is the safest option that both gives the community the experience they were hoping to have as part of this event and keeps everyone out of a dangerous health situation.
We will now be meeting literally in the Otherworlds, in liminal space, and the organizers are confident it will be just as magical as we originally intended.

Greetings all, due to Broward county being under a state of emergency the Ostara ritual is cancelled. we wish everyone health and a blessed Ostara.
After much thoughtful discussion about the current situation, and after receiving much input from Phoenix Phamily, the board has decided that as much as we would like to go on, the reality is that we must think of the welfare of our phamily, we have decided to cancel Phoenix Phyre 2020.
We regret very much that we won’t be seeing all of you, but we look forward to Autumn Meet 2020.

Sacred Space and Between the Worlds Conference
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have rescheduled our conference. The new dates are: April 1-4, 2021 (next year) in the same location [Delta Baltimore Hunt Valley]. We are deeply grateful to our partners at the venue who had been working with us to reschedule even before the ban on large gatherings.
We are working with our teachers in the hope that they will be able to join us in the new dates and offer the same programs we had initially expected. If any of our teachers cannot attend, we will recruit new teachers to maintain the high level of programming quality that is our standard.
Next Steps:
Your registration will be AUTOMATICALLY rolled over to April 1-4, 2021. You don’t need to do anything to make that happen. If you cannot attend during those dates, you may use this form to request an 85% refund. The 15% is to help us recover our losses. We have expenses that have already been paid that will not be refunded to our organizations. Link to form
You must cancel your own room reservations. We are unable to do so for you.
If you have plane tickets, contact the airline and tell them that your event has been cancelled. Ask for a refund. If they will not give you a refund, ask for a voucher to use for the new dates.
Please watch for the new code and URL for booking hotel reservations for the new dates.
In the interest of transparency, we have taken some financial losses, but have avoided the catastrophic loss we were preparing to take, if necessary, to protect our community and the larger society. If the State of Maryland had not banned gatherings over 250 people, we would have been contractually obligated to pay around $40,000 in cancellation penalties. A conference like this costs approximately $55,000 – $60,000, which is a lot for small volunteer organizations.
We are grateful for all of the support we have received from our community and we are going to ask for continued support in promoting the new dates for 2021.

We are here to serve our community in body as well as spirit. Because of health concerns, it is with a heavy heart that we have to announce the cancellation of MidSpring 2020 Into the Woods.We know we all need a festival but there is not one of you we would want to put at risk.
We have looked for several ways to be able to keep everyone safe and it is just not possible. The state and health boards are recommending the cancellations of all gatherings of over 100 and we will follow these guidelines.
We are offering to push those that have prepaid registration to either Samhain 2020 or MidSpring 2021.

CLOUDCATCHER WITCHCAMP 2020 IS CANCELLED
By now, you are probably all aware of the growing pandemic, COVID-19. While the situation is still developing, dynamic and difficult to predict, we consider it our first responsibility to protect the health and well-being of the CloudCatcher community, including our most vulnerable members. We have not come to this decision lightly, and have been continuously revising and reappraising our response to the situation, guided by the best advice from health care organisations globally. As such, we are making the most centred and compassionate decision that we can, based on the information that we have at this time–and that decision is to let go of CloudCatcher 2020.
Our plan moving forward is to offer this Camp in 2021: holding to the same intention, and deepening into our work with the story of Vasilisa the Brave and the Baba Yaga.
What does this mean for you as a Camper?
We will be offering full refunds to all Campers.
In order to process your refund, it is important that you provide your name & bank account details to the CloudCatcher email address (cloudcatcherwitchcamp@gmail.com). Although we will work to process your refunds as quickly as possible, please approach this with patience and kindness; the organizers are all volunteers, and we expect there to be a large amount of work to do in the next few weeks as we respond to this cancellation.
Perhaps though, you might consider the following:
Because this Camp will be offered in 2021, you might want to hold your place for that Camp with the payment you’ve already made.
OR, you might want to consider the option of using all or part of your Camp fees as a financial offering to CloudCatcher, to assist in the continuation of camp.
Let’s take a moment in full transparency. CloudCatcher WitchCamp is a not-for-profit, volunteer-run community event, and although we will almost certainly still be able to continue Camp into the future, the cancellation of this year’s Camp will have a significant impact on our budget (a full budget outline will be posted in the following weeks as this cancellation resolves).
There is no obligation to do either of the latter options, but please inform us of your choice (REFUND, HOLD PLACE, or FULL/PARTIAL OFFERING) when providing your bank account details to the CloudCatcher email address.

March Public Temple Events Cancelled
Due to concerns for community safety and well-being during the coronavirus pandemic, the Temple has chosen to cancel our March public events, including our Ostara sabbats. A few events, such as our Mystery School classes, will be offered online. Please see our online calendar for the latest status for any public Temple event and subscribe to our mailing list to get updates and news direct to your in-box.
Pisces Ministry and Temple leadership are planning to make an Ostara guided meditation available online for the community. Further information will be posted on our website and social media as it becomes available.

Good Afternoon,We, the Board of Directors of Twin Cities Pagan Pride, come to you with heavy hearts today. In light of the spread of COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to postpone Paganicon 2020. We know that many people look forward to Paganicon each year, and that this is disappointing. Please know that we, the Board, are devastated, and did not make this decision lightly. Community is at the center of our mission, so delaying a chance for all of us to come together is painful. That being said, we feel our community focus must also include keeping each and every one of you safe. We need to do what we can to ensure the well-being of our immunocompromised friends and family, and also do our part to help slow the spread of COVID-19. We simply cannot risk the health of our community, so while this decision was not one we wanted to make, it was clearly one that we needed to make.
All is not lost! We are rescheduling Paganicon 2020 to September 4th-6th. Here are the details we’ve worked out so far:
- Attendees who have purchased badges for Paganicon 2020 will have their badges automatically transferred to the new date. Those unable to attend the reschedule will have the option to transfer the badge to Paganicon 2021 as we’ve previously announced. Other arrangements will be made on a case by case basis.
- If you have booked a hotel room for next week, your reservation will automatically be cancelled by the hotel. You do not need to call them.
- Hotel rooms for the rescheduled date are not yet available, but we will provide a link publicly this weekend. This will allow folks to re-book their rooms for Sept. Please do not call the hotel to make these arrangements until after we have provided a link.
We understand you will have lots of questions and there are significant logistical items that have yet to be resolved. We ask that you give our team time to work through those items through this weekend. We promise to be in touch with all the details as this situation unfolds. Next steps for programming, vendors, artshow and all other items are being determined in real time. We will reach out to everyone in the coming days with the plan forward. Please give us time to execute before you reach out, there are a lot of moving parts right now.
As you may already know, Twin Cities Pagan Pride usually hosts our Twin Cities Pagan Pride Fall Festival the weekend after Labor Day. Due to the circumstances of this year, we intend to combine the two events for 2020. Look for more info on public programming in the coming weeks.

Hello Friends of Paganicon,
Thank you all for your support and patience while our team has tackled the huge task of moving Paganicon to the fall. Our Board met yesterday and here is our immediate action plan:
- Twin Cities Pagan Pride Fall Festival will be moved to Monday September 7th 10am-6pm at the Crowne Plaza hotel location. The Day will be free and open to the public just as our Minnehaha event is. We will extend Paganicon programming and offerings to that day, so everyone can enjoy a little bit of the convention. We will have opportunities to add vendors so if you normally vend only at Pride Day, there will be space for you. More details will be forthcoming as we work things out.
- New Hotel Accommodations – Paganicon will run Friday Sept 4th – Sunday Sept 6th, with programming and offerings being the same as our regular weekend. You can now book your hotel room for that weekend.
- Transfer of registrations. We will be sending out a survey the first week of April to everyone who is registered for the event. The survey will allow you to share with us what you want to do with your ticket. Please watch for that and complete the form, so we can follow up. We had over 800 people pre-registered for the event, so the logistics of these changes are massive. The survey will allow us to collect responses in a more organized manner than simply emails. Please do not email requests, we can’t keep up with them. The survey is how you will let us know your choice.
- Other Programming items. Surveys will go out to vendors, healers, presenters and others also asking for your response on whether you can attend the rescheduled dates. Please watch for those in the coming weeks. We will announce on social media when they have been sent to be sure no one is missed.
- We will re-open ticket sales and set the price back to the pre-registration level of $75. If you previously paid the at the door rate of $90 we will work with you either refund the difference or you can donate it back to the event. This will be included in the survey coming out the first week of April.
A few additional items we’d like to note:
We’re researching options to provide some online sales showcase events for anyone affected by the loss of sales due to the reschedule. We will have more details as we firm up how that might work and when we hope to do something. Many of our vendors have had all of their spring shows cancelled, so if you can support them please do so. You can find a list here. Also, TCPP is working with Purple Noodle Marketing for our own web services. They have kindly offered free consultations to anyone who might need help getting a web presence setup. Please reach out via their website for more information.As many of you know, we host a party suite at the convention to provide snacks and treats, as well as a place to go between sessions. For the suite, the Con had already purchased about $500 worth of food that cannot be held over until Sept. We will be donating that food to the Groveland Community Food Shelf. They have been our community Partner for the Fall Festival food drive each year and we’re happy to support them at this time of community need.
We’d like to give a special thank you to the Crowne Plaza West hotel. Our contract for the event could have had the organization liable for close to $50,000 in costs associated with a cancellation. The hotel was willing to work with us on the complicated task of rescheduling our group and negotiating a cancellation fee of only $5,000 to cover their unrecoverable costs of items pre-ordered. Without their willingness to collaborate with us, we wouldn’t be here as an organization. We’re very grateful for their partnership! They are suffering greatly during this time, so if you are choosing to go out please consider visiting their onsite restaurant and giving them your business. They are facing staff hour cuts and layoffs due to this pandemic, so any extra support they can get would be appreciated.
Lastly, if you’ve ever considered getting involved with TCPP to help in a volunteer capacity, we’d welcome you to jump in now. This change has created a large amount of work for the organization and things are mostly run by our small Board of Directors and a few volunteer staff. We have been stretched to our limits with this. If you have some extra time and a willingness to help, please let us know.

Paganicon couldn’t be what it has become without all of you, and we value this community. Calton Hill Beltane Fire Festival

It is with a heavy heart that the Board of Trustees for Beltane Fire Society have decided the Beltane Fire Festival will not be going ahead this year.
We are committed to ensuring our events are a safe space for all attendees to celebrate the changing seasons. With the recent statements from the First Minister of Scotland concerning large public gatherings over 500 people and the continued spread of the coronavirus, it was felt irresponsible to allow the event to go ahead as usual.
We are deeply saddened to make this call, but we can not ignore the potential risks for transmission that could arise from facilitating this public event. We hope you can understand our reasoning and we express our deepest gratitude to everyone who has been so excited to witness our event.
We know this will be disappointing news for those who had specifically planned to travel here to celebrate Beltane with us. The board is offering to transfer any ticket previously purchased to our next festival or refunds are available on request. To request a refund of your ticket, please contact coordinator@beltane.org
The board would like to specially thank all of those who applied to be group organizers and volunteers for this festival and were dedicated enough to give up their time to help us celebrate Beltane. We know this news will be deeply hard for them as well.

Earth Day at The Gaea Retreat Center

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, the Earth Rising Board of Directors has decided to cancel the Earth Day event. Gaea Retreat Center will remain open. In order to protect our community, we ask that if you are staying in a cabin, please bring your own cleaning supplies and thoroughly wipe down the entire cabin before you leave. All cabin reservations must be made online, and we ask for the health of our caretakers that you inform them when you get to property through the walkie that is at the Caretaker’s path, and allow them to open it while you wait in your car. All events, including Earth Day, Ostara, Beltane, and public Board meetings are suspended until May 15. We will continue to make announcements, but ask you to consider donating to Gaea in this difficult time.

It is with great regret that the North Bay Reclaiming Ritual Planning Cell has decided to cancel the in person Equinox/Ostara Ritual due to the CoronaVirus in-person distancing requests being made of groups. We are doing this to be in support and protection of our most vulnerable community members.

Update on April events:
Wow! So much is going on in the world right now and all of us are feeling the effects of the uncertainty. We all feel both a longing to connect and nurture one another, yet a responsibility to do what is right.
With the recent request by Oregon’s Governor and the CDC to postpone any events scheduled within the next 8 weeks in which 25 or more people will attend, we recognize we will no longer be able to hold our Ostara (4/12) or Beltane (4/30 thru 5/3) events.
Yes, that is correct, Ostara and Beltane are officially cancelled. We are heartbroken to have to cancel these events. The organizers, the ritualists, our Event Council, and TFG have all worked really hard to plan and kick off this season with a bang! But we understand our responsibility to our community.
Ffynnon leadership and its event council want to reiterate to you all, our community, our heart, how much we appreciate so much all those who had planned to be there in celebration and in support of Ffynnon. Without your financial and spiritual support, the soul of Ffynnon simply could not exist! It is through membership and attendance at our events that Ffynnon’s mission is able to be recognized; to provide a sanctuary where Art, Spirit and Nature meet.
Thank you all so very much! We know we will get to see you soon, but please know, for us, it isn’t soon enough!

Ostara is a poignant time of year, where there is an equal day & night, the time where spring really gets her juices flowing to send us all the beauty of life pouring forth from now until we begin to harvest.
What a very strange predicament we are in for this time of year! A time of year where we are usually fully coming out of hibernation to celebrate the light, the sun that is beginning to extend his warmth & behave as nature does by rising above the soil to show ourselves!So this year will feel even more odd with the consideration that we stay in & not go out to socialise & celebrate. But we still can do this through technology.
The Ostara ceremony & celebration that we were to have here at Shamanic Bee Healing Centre has been cancelled to keep people safe. I used to facilitate a wheel of the year circle in Dorset for 10 years & handed over the circle to dear friends who participated & they have kept going! They too have felt the call to cancel their gathering, but I have asked them to place their healing intentions into the candle mentioned below as well.
We will be gathering & I will light this candle while we all meditate together, apart.
I am posting a picture of a blue healing candle below. It is on the Ancestor’s altar which includes Tumi, the Peruvian medicine god, our curandera & curandero, a jay wing, a clear quartz crystal & the quilled four quarters, coloured in the Lakota tribe tradition.Please feel free to place any wishes for healing for any particular beings/all beings at any time & the candle will be lit at 13:00 Saturday the 21st of March.

It is with a very heavy heart that I come to you today.
The decision was taken, and with consultation with all relevant parties and the SAPC Executive and mostly our Pagan Freedom Day Organizers, to cancel the Pagan Freedom Day Celebrations for 2020, due to the international and local cases of the COVID-19 Virus.
The World Health Organization has officially declared this a World Pandemic. They asked for a proactive approach, and that is what we are doing.
We feel that in the interest of our Community and the general population at large, we have a duty to safeguard individuals and communities. This is not dictated by panic or fear but understanding the necessity of containing the spreading of the disease.
We are currently keeping a close eye on the situation and will keep the Community updated on relevant information.
We ask that everyone please keep their well-being first. If you do suspect that you have contracted or show symptoms of any sort, please contact the toll-free hotline: 0800 029 999.

Mother Grove Goddess Temple canceled their Ostara celebration and released the following statement:
“We stand together in this circle, in this place, in this grove. As we
stand together, shoulder to shoulder and hip to hip, we are in the Mother
Grove and we are the Mother Grove. We put our roots down into the ground
and we hold each other in the stout and well-woven basket of this beloved
Goddess-led community.”Dear friends, we are a small Goddess temple in a small town in the ancient
mountains of North Carolina. Our work revolves around the Divine Feminine
in all Their guises and we hold this community of ours as a precious
seedling in a brave new world that expands the notion of Divinity and the
work of the Unseen and the Mystery in our beautiful world.These are powerful and transformative times but they are also times of
frustration, anger and fear. Our community knows that our worship lies “in
the heart that rejoices,” but that line from The Charge of the Goddess may
be difficult to hold when jobs are lost, sickness is prevalent and spirits
are low.We may not be able to meet in person in our little downtown chapel for
some time but we know each of us occupies our own place on the web of all
being, a web that connects us outward and inward. Please take some time to
follow the CDC guidelines as best you can. Practice self-care and check
with your neighbors. Be a helper as you can.Our great thanks go to all those people who are caring for the sick,
restocking store shelves, driving delivery vehicles, taking care of our
needs while we step back from the full flow of modern life and look to our
hearths and homes.This time is a gift in which we may engage those things too often left
undone in our busy lives. Setting up a solid and regular spiritual
practice is a wonderful use of your time. Reading the books that inspire
and inform is another. Pondering our path, our beliefs and our
relationship with our Ancestors will enrich our lives long after this
pandemic has passed into history, a history that is filled with eras of
challenge and hard times, and we now have one of our own.May our hearts be stretched as we offer solace and aid to sooth our
community. May our Ancestors whisper their good advice. May the Divines we
honor and serve hold us close. May we emerge from this time stronger,

As a result of the current global health crisis, Fertile Ground Gathering 2020 has been canceled.
This was not an easy decision for us on the staff; we love the Gathering as much as you all do. We love seeing so many of you again and again each year, and we love meeting new people and welcoming them to the community as well. But at our staff meeting yesterday, we came to the unanimous consensus that as much as it breaks our hearts to do so, the needs and safety of the community, our patrons, our presenters, our special guests, and our staff are paramount, so we have to close the door on this year’s event.
We have already reached out to our presenters and performers and invited them to come be a part of the Gathering next year, and we hope that you all will be a part of it as well.
For those of you who have already registered and paid, we will be sending you full refunds within the next week or so. If you would prefer, instead, for us to keep your paid registration so that you are already signed up and ready to go for FGG 2021 (which we anticipate will run from April 29 through May 2), please send us an email (fertilegroundgatheringstaff@gmail.com) to let us know. We realize that the current situation is making things financially difficult for many people, though, so if we do not hear from you by this Wednesday, March 18, we will issue you a refund in full.
We’re terribly sorry that we had to make this decision, but we believe it was the only one we could make in order to ensure the continued safety of everyone who is a part of the remarkable community of Fertile Ground Gathering.Please stay safe, and we hope to see you all next year, when we come back with a renewed spirit!

LokiFest 2020 announced last week the in-person event has been moved to an online format. The conference is scheduled to take place on August 1, utilizing the Zoom platform and is designed for Lokeans and Pagans interested in the discussion of spiritual paths and practice that pertain to the Norse god, Loki Laufeyjarson.
The theme for Loki Fest 2020 is community and relationship and will feature presentations by Dagulf Loptson, Ky Greene, Randolf McClain, John Story, Justin Nichols, Madison Seale, Stacey Woodward, Amy Marsh, and others. The conference is free, but those wishing to participate must register in advance to receive information necessary for access to the workshops and presentations.
