UN Council adopts Historic Resolution Condemning Harmful Practices Related to Accusations of Witchcraft and Ritual Attacks

The Human Rights Council of the United Nations has adopted the charter for the “elimination of harmful practices related to accusations of witchcraft and ritual attacks”, following years of advocacy by survivors, NGO’s, academics, and lawyers.
