Held in the indoor spaces of the Palmer Events Center\, near the heart of Austin and next to the beautiful spaces of Butler Park\, we hope that you will join us for a day full of workshops\, shopping\, divination\, entertainment\, and more! \nAbout the Venue\nOriginally an airplane hangar purchased in 1940 by the City of Austin\, the Palmer Events Center (PEC) was established in 1998 after a board voted for an entire renovation\, culminating in a multi-purpose venue next to Butler Park with a gorgeous view of downtown Austin. Powered 100% by renewable energy from Austin Energy’s Green Choice Program\, PEC’s massive spaces\, including five conference rooms and a balcony on the second floor\, and close proximity to many hotels make it a great venue for our festival.

These mysteries\, held every year in honor of Demeter and Persephone\, explore universal concepts and truths from the perspective of the seeker of hidden knowledge. Our Priests and Priestesses spend 3-4 months preparing for the festival\, working with the energies of the Gods and rehearsing the ritual drama that is presented over 4 days for hundreds of people each Easter Weekend. \nThough the main portions of the event focus on Greek deities\, there are many workshops and other groups that bring a plethora of alternate ways to explore\, including the general mysteries of women\, men\, and those who identify as a mixture of both energies. There is also a vendor space\, with many often-requested items and trinkets to take home\, and plenty of space for conversations or introspective moments. \nEveryone who attends will come away transformed and with wonderful memories of their time in Eleusis.

It is a camping weekend filled with rituals\, workshops\, food\, and friendship. From its start in 1997\, Turning the Tide has grown into one of the more popular festivals in South Florida.

SUMMARY:Welcome Fall Festival- Circle Sanctuary
DESCRIPTION:  \n \n  \nWelcome Fall Festival \nCelebrate the Autumn Equinox on Saturday\, September 20th\, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm at Circle Sanctuary Nature Preserve near Barneveld\, Wisconsin\, for their annual Welcome Fall Festival.  \nThe festival includes workshops\, ceremonies\, and Nature walks\, and has activities for all ages. \nRegistration is required\, and the deadline is Thursday night\, September 18. To register\, or to learn more\, please visit circlesanctuary.org/welcomefall. Cost for in-person attendance is $30 for adults\, youth 5 and older is $15\, and children under age 5 are free. Sacred Sun Equinox Magic\, a virtual workshop\, will be live-streamed from our on-site festival. The cost for the workshop only is $20. Registration is required for both events.  \nCircle Sanctuary is a non-profit international Nature Spirituality resource center and church.  Founded in 1974\, Circle helps people from many spiritual orientations connect with each other as well as with the spiritual dimensions of Nature. \n
