What a great picture! And a great post... I love the pagan aspects of this holiday season. Bayberry's one of our favorites, either in candles or potpourri:

http://www.yankeescents.com/bayberry.htm

A Bright Heliogenna to you! And it did dawn bright and clear here in Minnesota, though it took a bit longer to See the New Helios.

A good omen for the year! The first part of the year will be gloomy and dark, but just when you are about to give up heart - LOOK! - a sunbeam will burst forth and point the direction. Things will become clear and that which was dificult or not going well will all of a sudden be successful.

I hope you Solstice dawned just as clear and bright!

Cara
