It's good to see that they're not all they're cracked up to be, but it's something that crazy Evangelicals and Christian Dominionists would readily eat up and laud -- but also that can be inherently damaging to other U$ peoples' perceptions of the real social realities in Africa. I have to admit, at first I saw him as crazy, but to some extent, inherently believing in what he was doing; now I see him as greedy and exploitative in addition to crazy.
