They Stand For What?
What do modern Wiccan’s stand for? According to The Daily Cardinal, not for much.
“In this time of political unrest, someone needs to stand up for what is right: morality in America. Fortunately, Kristin is not that person. A devout follower of Wicca, she stands for candles and spells and all that cool Halloweeny stuff.”
Insert standard rant on the ramifications if they said this about any “mainstream” faith. Let alone the absurdity of these statements when you consider the existence of Witches and Wiccans who have a strong social justice ethic like Starhawk or T. Thorn Coyle.
