A Darker Side?
The New York Post is trying to develop a “dark side” for the now infamous teen who had her mother murdered and happened to keep a Livejournal. How do we know she had a “darker side”, what “clues” did they find? Wicca of course.
“Well I just wanted to let everyone know I haven’t been online ‘cuz I am grounded for getting 89 percent on a math test, and I have computer restrictions because parental units found my Wicca books . . .,” a reference to manuals on the occult.
I love how they cease being books on religion and become sinister “occult manuals” when a paper is trying to explain why someone would do something horrible. Leaving out that whole “An it harm none” passage that pretty much every Wicca book includes.
