Some stuff that caught my eye in the pagan Blogosphere.

Chas Clifton talks about Australian artist and occultist Rosaleen Norton who in his words *was* the Witchcraft scene in Australia back in the 50’s.

“Goosens, incidentally, worked hard for a new classical-music venue in Sydney; now the Sydney Opera House with its white “sails” is the tourism-poster icon of Australia. I think that it will be a while before there is a Rosaleen Norton retrospective exhibit in the lobby, but think of the connection.” – Chas Clifton

Meanwhile The Green Man muses about fairy stories.

“The strength of the faerie story is in its ability to explore the deeper reaches of the human pysche. To tap into those primal aspects of the human brain that gave form to The Green Man. For those with the intellectual strength to undertake a journey into this domain ancient, forgotten corners of our psyche are accessible for exploration. Many of you who feel threatened by this alternate reality will dismiss it as foolishness but there is much to be learned in the fay realms.” – The Green Man

Finally, Numenous Thoughts comes right out and tells us what annoys her about modern pagans.

“Several things, actually. The craving for some cohesive, all-inclusive definition of Paganism, for one. There is no such thing. People who call themselves Pagan are too diversified to fit into a single definition. It’s as if they think a label will substitute for the actuality. I’d rather live my life being Pagan than try to define what it is. See me? I am alive and living and Pagan. I am what a Pagan is. And if you live your Pagan lifestyle, why, you’re Pagan, too.” – Numenous Thoughts
